I'm a Graphic & Interactive Media Specialist at Nordson. I focus on managing our website, social media, web analytics, print and online advertising, tradeshow graphics, email customer campaigns, and more!
What was your favorite class or project in college?
Graphic Design with Jennifer Gordon. Her classes truely grew my love for Design!
How did SFA professors influence you?
Stand up for your design and have a reason for everything!
What advice would you give to a incoming art & design student?
Get a (paid) internship while you're in College because experience is everything! Study abroad and take classes outside of your comfort zone, you never know what you might be interested in!
What was your favorite local Duluth hangout in college?
Park Point Beach!
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you since graduating from UMD SFA?
Getting Engaged on Mary Jane Mountain in Colorado and landing a job in my hometown that I love!
What was your biggest takeaway from UMD SFA?
Don't stop until you're proud!
How did you make the decision to attend UMD for school?
My older brother was attending UMD at the time and playing music and after many visits I fell in love!
