As part of a roundtable on Folklore and Folktales: Myths, Legends, and Empowerment, Professor Elizabethada Wright and Madeline Johnson (MA in English, 2020) presented their work on “American Literature’s Use of the Folklore of Turtle Island." The Northeast Modern Language Association Annual Convention has been online this year.
Madeline Johnson now teaches writing at Century College in the Twin Cities.
