The Russian Area Studies Minor Program prepares students for life-long engagement with the cultures of Russian-speaking countries by providing in-depth cultural training. This program complements Liberal Arts, Fine Arts, Business, Science, and Human Services degrees by offering students the linguistic skills and cultural awareness required for a wide variety of careers that deal with the Russian culture. This program also provides students with intercultural awareness and an in-depth understanding of the place of Russian speaking countries in international relations.
