Patricia Dennis Retires After Four Decades

View a retrospective of her costume design work in the MPAC lobby through May 3. 

 

Patricia Dennis, associate professor of costume design/makeup, is retiring after a 40-year career at UMD. A retrospective of her works at UMD titled "Designs, Drawings, & Doodles" is currently on display in the Marshall Performing Arts Center (MPAC)  through May 3, 2019. A portion of her full collection of work can be viewed in the MPAC lobby and balcony areas.

On Thursday, May 2 in the MPAC lobby, a reception will be held celebrating Patricia's contributions to the Department of Theatre, the School of Fine Arts, and UMD. The event runs from 4–6 p.m, with remarks beginning at 4:30 p.m.
