Melanie Goldish: Alumni

Melanie serves as Vice President of Client Relations for the Duluth, MN office of the Flint Group, a full-service integrated marketing, communications, advertising and public relations firm. 

Melanie has over 30 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, mid-market corporations and nonprofit organizations nationwide. During her years in leadership roles at American Express, Aon Consulting and Carlson Marketing Group, her work focused on leadership excellence, strategic planning, change management, communication, outreach and marketing effectiveness. Melanie is the founder and former executive director of the nonprofit organization SuperSibs! (now powered by Alex’s Lemonade Stand Cancer Foundation), which supported over 33,000 vulnerable brothers and sisters of children with cancer and their families across North America. 

Melanie currently serves on Governing Boards of the Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation and Women’s Health Center, and on the Advisory Boards of UMD’s College of Liberal Arts, Duluth Superior Opportunity Gap, National Sibling Psychosocial Research Advocacy Coalition and Alex’s Lemonade Stand in Philadelphia. She also supports specific cancer-related organizations as a keynote speaker at conferences worldwide and as facilitator of board strategies and development initiatives.
